1. NTechEdge Proprietary Assets

The following are exclusively owned by NTechEdge and protected under applicable Bangladesh and international intellectual property law:

• All source code, algorithms, and technical architecture of NTechEdge's products.
• Brand names: NTechEdge, Chat BD, Invoice BD, Hire BD, Stock BD, DukanDigit, DukanIQ, রক্ত (Rokto), RestoBD.
• All logos, icons, visual designs, and branding elements.
• Website content, product documentation, and marketing materials.
• Internal frameworks, libraries, and development tools created by NTechEdge.
• Proprietary AI models, training data, and analytical algorithms.

2. Client Ownership Rights

For custom development projects, upon full payment:

• The client owns the final deliverable - the specific software, website, or application built exclusively for them.
• NTechEdge retains ownership of underlying frameworks, libraries, and reusable components used in the development.
• Source code is transferred to the client upon final payment, as per the project agreement.
• NTechEdge retains the right to use the project as a portfolio reference unless the client requests confidentiality in writing.

3. User License for SaaS Products

When you subscribe to any NTechEdge SaaS product:

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product during your subscription period.
• This license does not include the right to copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works of the product.
• All data you input into our products remains yours - we do not claim ownership of your business data.
• Upon subscription termination, your license ends. You may export your data before termination.

4. Reporting IP Violations

If you believe your intellectual property has been infringed by content on our Website or products, please contact us at legal@ntechedge.com with details of the alleged infringement. NTechEdge takes IP violations seriously and will investigate all claims promptly.
